Shipping Policy

All shipping is paid for by Stylecrate. You can expect to receive your Box 2 to 4 working days after email notification of dispatch. The clothes are yours to enjoy for the next calendar month. 

You must return your box along with any un-purchased items before the end of the calendar month. Details about the date by which you must return your Box to us are included within the Box. Please note that the free postage label will expire at the end of the calendar month and you are therefore encouraged to return the Box in the last 7 days of this period.

If we have not received the returned Box from you within a period of 14 days from the expiry of the calendar month, we may charge your account for the full value of the products in the box. If this occurs for more than 3 consecutive months, your subscription will be terminated.

Refunds Policy

We do not currently accept refunds for subscription boxes or for items purchased through the service. If you have a serious issue with the items in your box then please contact us through our website.
